General:
A record periphery ring is somewhere between a standard record weight and a full-on vacuum system. It's the ideal way to reduce record resonance, increase detail retrieval, and improve cartridge tracking. It also helps flatten records. 

This ring features a beautiful bronze finish that looks great on any turntable, especially a 'table with prominent wood accents as it makes the bronze finish pop. 

We're unsure of the manufacturer of this ring, and from the looks of this we believe no expense was spared in manufacturing.

Also included with this ring is its original acrylic plate that fits with the ring perfectly.
